A $75 retainer fee is required to book an appointment. If the service is less than $75, the amount of the service will be charged and considered the retainer. All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice result in total loss of retainer. Rescheduled appointments with more than 72 hours’ notice can have their retainer transferred to the new date. Retainer transfers will only be allowed one time. Thank you.

What is a "Retainer"

A retainer is a fee paid in advance to hold your services. A retainer is nonrefundable and should be seen as “securing” services for a future date. Retainer fees do not necessarily guarantee a final product and are used to cover the initial costs of the services being rendered and/or act as a retention for your services on a certain date. The Retainer is used as a payment for communicating back and forth in the case of rescheduling, finding another guest to fill a cancelled appointment, etc.—AND is used to help account for the amount of work that Fuller Brows would potentially lose on that date should a guest cancel with less than 72 hours notice or “no show” to the designated time and date of service, or have to reschedule the appointment more than one time.
